About The Voltage Group
We envision a world where work is a source of energy, growth, and clarity, improving how people live, lead, and work.
The Voltage Group is a human performance and leadership consulting firm founded on a simple belief: work should energize people, not deplete them.
We build sustainable performance by helping people strengthen what is in their control, while evolving the conditions that shape how work actually happens.
-
Practitioners with experience working inside and alongside complex organizations. We understand the realities leaders face and design our work to meet those realities directly.
-
Performance strengthens when individuals build agency and capability, and when the conditions of work support how they think, decide, and lead day-to-day and under pressure.
-
Our work is grounded in behavioral science and informed by real-world experience. We combine human performance insight with practical execution support so change translates into consistent and lasting behavior, not short-term inspiration.
Meet the Founder
Ashley Duelks
Founder & CEO
Ashley founded The Voltage Group after nearly 20 years working in strategy, leadership development, and human performance consulting.
Her career began at Accenture, where she held leadership roles across human capital consulting, talent strategy, and culture transformation. Ashley partnered with senior leaders in global commercial and federal organizations navigating growth, complexity, and change.
Over time, her work became more centered on a core question: what allows people to perform well and feel well at the same time? That focus shaped the foundation of The Voltage Group.
Ashley holds a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She also holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), The HeartMath Institute, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
