About The Voltage Group
We envision a world where work is a source of energy, growth, and clarity, improving how people live, lead, and work.
The Voltage Group is a human performance and leadership consulting firm founded on a simple belief: work should energize people, not deplete them.
We build sustainable performance by helping people strengthen how they think, lead, adapt and operate, while evolving the conditions that shape how work actually happens.
-
Practitioners with experience working inside and alongside complex organizations. We understand the realities leaders and teams face, and design practical solutions that strengthen how people and work function day-to-day and under pressure.
-
Sustainable performance strengthens when individuals build agency and capability, and when the conditions of work support how they think, decide, adapt, and lead day-to-day and under pressure.
-
Our work blends behavioral science, leadership insight, and real-world operating experience. We focus on practical change that can be applied, sustained, and reinforced in the realities of modern work.
